Ventures Academy students create art through airbrushing
Thanks in large part to a $1,100 grant from the Delaware Arts Festival, Ventures Academy students learned how to paint with an airbrush. The grant paid for the airbrush gun, supplies and white T-shirts, said ESC Teacher Kim Roberts, a registered and board certified art therapist.
“I thought it would catch their attention and keep them engaged,” Roberts said. “With the arts, we try to keep them coming back.”
